1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or ordering services, info-products, or goods from AuditPath Fines, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

AuditPath Fines offers professional audit and compliance services tailored to institutional requirements.

2.1 Payment and Scheduling

Details of fees and scheduling are provided during the order process.

2.2 Rescheduling

Clients may request rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance. Approval of new dates is subject to availability.

2.3 Refund Policy for Services

If you cancel a service more than 72 hours before its start, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method. Cancellations between 72 and 24 hours prior incur a 50% fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or after commencement are not eligible for refund due to resources allocated. Clients may transfer scheduled services to another date once at no extra charge, subject to availability.

3. Info-Products

AuditPath Fines provides digital guides and training materials designed for institutional compliance needs.

3.1 Access

Access is granted immediately upon successful order completion.

3.2 Refund Policy for Info-Products

A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if no download or access has occurred. To request a refund, contact us with order details. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method.

4. Goods

AuditPath Fines offers branded merchandise and printed materials.

4.1 Shipping

Goods are shipped within 5 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by region.

4.2 Returns and Refunds for Goods

Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at the client’s expense. Refunds are issued via the original payment method upon inspection of returned goods. Exchanges or credit toward future orders are available upon request.

5. No Refund Services

Customized analysis sessions and on-site workshops labeled “No Refund” are final sale due to preparation and specialist allocation.

6. Modification of Terms

These terms are effective in 2025 and may be updated by AuditPath Fines at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
